With over 10 years of experience in diversity and inclusion (D&I), Julie is passionate about impacting important societal agendas in Australia and globally. She is recognised as one of Australia’s leading advocates for the social and economic empowerment of women and has previously served as Executive Director of UN Women Australia and as the first Gender Advisor to the Chief of the Australian Defence Force. She is currently the Chief D&I Officer for PwC Australia, leading their internal D&I strategy and working with clients to disrupt cultural and systemic barriers across the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors.
